Translation INTO OCS

Do you really mean Old Church Slavonic, or Church Slavonic?  And if the
latter, of what tradition and period?

A fairly standard Russian CS version would be Здѣсь почiетъ (или:
покоится) тѣло раба Божiяго NN., which is the
sort of thing you can see in Russian cemetaries.  Or, with a stricter
orthography, Здѣ́сь (или: Здѣ̀) почетъ (или: покится) тѣ́ло раб Бж҃їѧгѡ
NN.  (This may not be displayed correctly in all browsers.  The encoding
is Unicode, and of course it helps to have a decent Old Cyrillic font.)
