   Yes,  the fact was mentioned in Prof. Israeli's message. One can also add that recently Canada has recognized former Soviet WWII veterans' residing in Canada on a par with Canadian veterans.

   Do you know if representatives of all former allies have appeared (or will appear) together also in Britain, France, and the United States?  in the spirit of overcoming cold-war animosities...
