Russian cultural center (a branch of Russian Embassy) offers courses
in Washington, DC: http://www.rccusa.org/index.php?

But there is a number of private and US government sponsored classes,
usually taught y Russians.

One of the private schools in Washington DC: http://

Fairfax County in Virginia teaches a number of foreign languages to
adults, including Russian: https://aceclasses.fcps.edu/
