бы before or after verb / быт ь/ complex sentences

Well, Google shows millions of On byl by and millions of On by byl
(really when you look at all the examples, there are 505 instances of On byl by and 446 of On by byl).
So seemingly both are possible.

But бы cannot be placed before быть, I suppose:

Он был бы рад, в огонь и в дым,
за вас погибнуть дважды...

What I am not sure of is whether the order is possibly optional in the
second part of a complex sentence with two "бы" s?
Если бы она не вышда за него, она вышла бы за другого.
or
Если бы она не вышда за него, она бы вышла за другого.
