Elementary Russian Textbook? Help!

We are using "Live from Russia" at Arizona State.  It has a very well
produced DVD, decent audio CDs, good workbook.  The organization of the
textbook makes lesson planning fairly simple.  The audio is also available
online, as well as a teacher's manual, tests, and answer keys for the workbook.
