Room for rent in Moscow

Dear SEELANGSers,

I've just rented a two-room apartment five minutes walk from
Novocheremushkinaya and Profsoyuznaya metro stations, on the orange
line, and I need a roommate. The apartment is in great repair, with a
lovely kitchen with all appliances and then some (washing machine,
dishwaster, microwave, etc.), in a newer building, on the tenth floor
and facing the courtyard (and thus quiet). The available room is
mid-sized, has a queen size bed, and ample storage space. It is about
15 minutes by metro to the ring line, and about 15 minutes by bus to
MGU.

After a week of morning-til-night conversations with brokers and
seeing many places, I'm convinced that this is about as good a deal as
you can get in this region of the city. It is available now, and I'm
asking 19500/m for it, plus a security deposit of the same.
