In addition to their suggestions (eLibrary.ru and Russian versions of 
Wikipedia), I also found a useful gateway site from the RAS (PAH) at:

That's the Immunology part of their Biology site at: http://humbio.ru/

These are entries rather than individual research articles; they are 
basic but thorough, and the vocabulary coverage is just invaluable.
