ASEEES panel proposal: Political humor in Russia yesterday and today

Political humor in Russia yesterday and today:
The panel proposes to investigate the practice, tradition and use of
political humor in Russian national discourse from ancient times of
Kievan Rus through the 17th and 18th century to 19th early 20th,
through Soviet period and to Russian rockers, conceptualists, National
Bolsheviks, Zhirinovsky and art-group Voina of today.

We are looking for one more presenter, a discussant and a chair.
