Dear Ian,
I would be willing to chair your panel. I have some knowledge of the
post-Soviet situation in Estonia.
My mother worked for 3 years for the Soros Foundation's teacher training
program in Eastern Europe. She has a doctorate in Education (specializing
in literacy acquisition) and she conducted several workshops for Russian
teachers in Estonian schools in the years 1995-2000. She also taught
university students at a private university in Tallinn 1995-1998. She
herself is very knowledgeable about your topic but, unfortunately, is 80
years old. Tell me if you need my help.
Best,
Michelle
