Dear Alina,

I agree with you completely.  I'm sure Ms. Abaneeva would agree with you too, and she would gladly come to the U.S. to conduct her study if she had the opportunity.  At this point, she is asking all of her friends and acquaintances from many fields (not just me in the Slavics) to participate in her study that under the present circumstances has to be done via the internet.  As far as I understand, this is a preliminary study and there are many provisions and qualifiers that she will have to include in her paper.
