query about ebooks on demand

Dear Donna,
I've used the service of the Estonian National Library (EOD) and paid 20 EUR for a scan of a rare book from the 1920's. It took about 1 month to complete, possibly because of the winter holidays, but the result was well worth it. http://books2ebooks.eu/en<http://www.books2ebooks.eu/odm/orderformular.do?formular_id=83&sys_id=b1293508>

Has anyone used EOD to buy ebooks?  The email address is EOD [ub-eod at uibk.ac.at<mailto:ub-eod at uibk.ac.at>].  Is it safe to pay for the books with a credit card?
