I'd like to add a couple of Jewish toponymic last names: Lincoln and Wahburg, the bankers.

Берлин is most likely from the name of the city, a common source of Jewish family names, although usually derived with a suffix, e.g., Berliner, Warszawski, Krakauer. There's no femine counterpart to the masculine name Berl (< Ber). The songwriter Irving Berlin was born Isador Beilin (< Beyle).
