Yes, Голдин < Golde, Цейтлин < Tseytl (or Tsaytl - one of Tevye's 
daughters). Берлин is most likely from the name of the city, a common 
source of Jewish family names, although usually derived with a suffix, 
e.g., Berliner, Warszawski, Krakauer. There's no femine counterpart to 
the masculine name Berl (< Ber). The songwriter Irving Berlin was born 
Isador Beilin (< Beyle).
