Teffi: Olyonushka and her apples

Dear Robert and all,

I think the text means "Just now, in one sitting and among other things,
you've polished off a dozen apples."  The text as it is written means
literally what it means: вы съели «за один присест и между прочим (т.е.,
разной другой едой) дюжину яблок».
Just my two cents.
