The members of this list, having, as ever, their minds focused on higher things, will have better things to do than to follow a certain association football tournament currently being played in Brazil.  That being the case, you may not have noticed that among the players representing Costa Rica at that event is a gentleman who rejoices in the name of Yeltsin Tejeda.
