Dear All,

The University of Pittsburgh's Center for Russian and East European Studies is in urgent need of a stellar Russian language instructor able to teach intensive Advanced (i.e., 3rd-year) Russian this summer from June 20-August 15 in Narva, Estonia. (You may have heard that Department of Defense-funded programs like Project GO, which this one is, were forced to relocate abroad programs from Russia to other countries.)

Requirements:

* Significant experience teaching Advanced Russian, preferably in an intensive program

* Near native fluency in Russian and superior language ability in English

* Ability to travel to Estonia June 20 - August 15
Preferences:

* Experience with study abroad groups

* American or EU citizen (i.e., someone who does not need a visa to enter Estonia)

Instructor's flight, lodging, breakfasts, most lunches, insurance, and participation on all program-related lectures and excursions are covered.
Salary: $8088

Applications accepted immediately and until position is filled. Please respond with an email to me, Dawn Seckler (das200 at pitt.edu) detailing your qualifications, list two references in the email, and attach a CV.

Many thanks,
Dawn
