Amami Island, Japan (Osugi, 1992)

Hello everybody,
I'm looking for information on the SL situation on Amami Island, Japan.
According to a hand-out I found on the internet Osugi(1992)wrote something
on this SL. Does anybody has Osugi's address or does anyone have information
about this SL?
