MAJORDOMO DIGEST OPTION not working properly

I'm not ignoring you, but the techies have been incredibly busy at the  
beginning of this school year (and since we're there for free, it's going to  take 
a while before they come up for air).
 
I'll cc them this email and promise you that as soon as we figure out why  
the digest mode is NOT working, we'll fix it.
