Conversion of handshapes SW->HNS strikes me as relatively simple. The difficult problem, or so it seems to me, is converting the relative position of the SignWriting glyphs to the HamNoSys explicit notation of location, orientation, and movement. Has HamNoSys developed anything like SignWriting's rich inventory of non- manual symbols? -Dan.
