Hello,

I have a student working on a project about Deaf literacy for a
bilingualism class and unfortunately most of the resources she's come
across have mainly highlighted poor literacy development of Deaf students.
She's well aware that this is due to educational policies and practices and
to issues of language access. However, in order to make that argument in
her project, she needs more sources about successful literacy development
in Deaf students. Does anyone have any papers or scholars they could
recommend?

Thanks!
Natasha
