Hi Val and everyone,

Yes, I can see your attached diagram. I already knew if there is a standard rule for hands. For example, a hand is direct straight front and another hand is directed to side wall.

    Hi Val and everyone,
I am honest that I get lost to understand between a standard rule and fingers pointing (real life).

  Hello Andre!
  I am happy to help...
Please see attached diagram. I hope you can see it?

The hands can be at different angles. Sometimes the hand is directed straight front, pointing toward the front wall...and other times the hand is directed to the side...pointing to the side wall...

Your sign for HAMBURGER and ALLIGATOR have hands that are directed to the side wall, and the version of ALLIGATOR that I was writing, had hands that are directed to the front wall...

When the hand is directed to the side wall, it is a little different than when the hands are directed to the front that is why you see a difference...

First let me show you this diagram and then I will try to create another diagram too...can you see how the symbol looks when your hand is directed to the front wall and side walls?...
