Please take me off the mailings

Hello Val, 

I don't know how to go about getting on the site to stop the mailing. But I need to be taken off the list to get mail. I am only able to get onto my computer once or twice a Month right now and each time I was able to get on I had more than 300 message that when back and forth among people on the site and none of it had anything to do with me. I only used the site once and have never gone there again and I DO NOT want to get all these message. PLEASE take me off of it.
