Dear Colleagues,

Following on a workshop held earlier this year at SEALS24, I am happy to
report that Lauren Gawne and I will be editing a volume tentatively
entitled *Evidential Systems of Tibetan Languages*. We would like to invite
colleagues to consider submitting a paper to this volume. Although articles
on Lhasa Tibetan or the typology of evidentiality in Tibetan languages in
general will be considered, we particularly welcome contributions that
outline the evidential system of a Tibetan dialect that has not previously
been described in English. (Articles that are derivative of existing
publications in German, Chinese, and Japanese, or other languages are
welcome).

The final deadline for drafts is 1 June 2014, but interested parties should
write to me directly in the first instance.

thank you,
Nathan
