One more thing: The webonary.org platform is open for anyone to publish their dictionaries online for free and you can apply here: http://www.webonary.org/application-for-webonary-account/
Also dictionary drafts / glossaries can be uploaded, so there is no requirement that the dictionary needs to be formally published in print.

The webonary.org  platform is owned by SIL International. Each individual dictionary is owned and should be copyrighted by either an individual author or a legal entity. 

If your dictionary data is in FieldWorks (FLEx) database, my Nepali colleague can help you with the upload (or upload it for you).  Just let me know if you are interested in that.
