[Tibeto-burman-linguistics] Luce's notes on TB languages

Hi all,

I managed to connect once right after the email, and sync it to my own
dropbox, but then got the 404 shortly after. It looks like my own dropbox
recognises the files but only as my own and not shared. I'm not sure what
that's about but at least if all else fails I can re-share them once
they've finished downloading.
