[Tibeto-burman-linguistics] more minority language mobile phone keyboards

Dear Randy,

This is an issue. People in China only have the option to use a VPN. It
would be nice if Huawei carried SwiftKey, but due to Trump policy (that I
don't think has been reversed), if Microsoft worked with Huawei they could
not sell in the US. The app does have many users in China, and they can
delete the VPN as soon as they have used it.
