Dear Colleagues,

As a reminder, the *Summer School in Uralic Formal Linguistics* (SShUFL,
pronounced ‘shuffle’), is taking place on *August 21st-26th, 2023 * at the
Hungarian Research Centre for Linguistics in *Budapest*.

There is still time to apply!
*How to apply*:
To apply, please fill in the Registration form
<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1nX9geH-MzfYShJrkfDB9uJcBH6hT0UKUwh4X9KnOTjQ/edit>.

We are happy to provide *free accommodation* in shared rooms (2-4 people)
for 20 students. In addition to that, we provide a limited number of *travel
scholarships* (of up to 200 euros) to the students who need them to get to
Budapest.
If you are interested in either of these, please indicate so in the
Registration form. Note that in this case you need to apply by *the
early-bird deadline (April 23rd)*.
If you do not need accommodation or a travel scholarship, the *general
application deadline is May 21st*.
We envision SShUFL as an in-person event, though there are some options for
online participation. We encourage in-person participation, but if you are
interested in joining in online, please indicate so in the Registration
form.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us (
sshufl.uralicschool at gmail.com).
