Indeed, I think Greg did an EXCELLENT job editing it. And yes, this is the
hardcover edition, probably intended especially for libraries. Browsing
through the other titles in the series at Amazon, it seems that the MUCH
cheaper paperback edition takes 2-3 years to appear.
