Chers/Chères collègues,

L’Institut des langues officielles et du bilinguisme (ILOB) de l’Université d’Ottawa agit à titre de « Point de contact national » pour le Centre européen pour les langues vivantes (CELV) du Conseil de l’Europe, et pour coordonner la nomination de participants canadiens à des projets et ateliers organisés par le CELV à Graz en Autriche. C’est dans ce contexte que je vous écris aujourd’hui.

Appel à nomination

Dans le cadre du cinquième Programme à moyen terme du CELV (2016-2019) Les langues au cœur des apprentissages, nous avons reçu l’Appel à nomination de participants pour l’Atelier 3/2018 «La langue pour le travail - Outil de développement professionnel ». L’Appel à nomination à cet Atelier est constitué des documents suivants: lettre circulaire, formulaire de nomination, ainsi que la description des conditions spécifiques pour participer à cet Atelier. Les documents ci-joints sont en français et en anglais, et les langues de travail pour cet atelier sont le français et l’anglais, avec interprétation simultanée.

Date limite pour la nomination : 30 juin 2018

Afin de présenter le travail du CELV à des personnes ou à des organisations qui ne sont pas familiarisées avec notre institution, nous recommandons d’avoir recours aux documents suivants :

Prière de noter que les frais de voyage et de séjour devront être pris en charge par votre institution (environ 3 000$).

Dear Colleagues:

The Official Languages and Bilingualism Institute (OLBI) of the University of Ottawa acts as the « National Point of Contact » in Canada for the European Centre for Modern Languages (ECML) of the Council of Europe, and coordinates the nomination of Canadian participants to projects and workshops held at the ECML in Graz, Austria. It is in this context that I am writing to you today.

Call for nomination

In the framework of its fifth medium-term Programme (2016-2019) Languages at the heart of learning, we have received a Call for nomination of participants forWorkshop 3/2018 is conducted in the framework of the ECML project “Language for work - Tools for professional development”. The Call for nomination for this Workshop comprises of the following: circular letter, nomination form, and a description outlining the conditions specific to the Workshop. The documents are in French and in English, and the two working languages for this project are English and French, with simultaneous interpretation.

Deadline for nomination: 30 June 2018
