cheap cosmos

Seen on the wall menu of a pizzeria in Williamsport, Penna., in the "sandwich"
section:
     ALL COSMOS          EXTRA           15

On inquiring, I was informed that [approx. transcr.] "a cosmo... you put it in
the oven to heat it up". So, apparently, any sandwich can be made into a cosmo
by heating it up in the oven for 15 cents additional.
