Wordwatch? He-bitch

The Daily Show (the Comedy Channel) has reruns about a week later in the
early evening. Tonight on that rerun, Ray Schneider (from Deuce Gigolo) used
the word "he-bitch." I think it means a receptive male used exclusively for
sex. Is this a fixed word? My slang dictionary didn't list it, despite
including many other homosexual slang terms.
