etc. all detailed in Sam Moskowitz's essay "How Science Fiction Got Its
Name," most easily findable in Moskowitz book EXPLORERS OF THE INFINITE
(Cleveland: World Publishing, 1963), though SaM first published it as
an article in MAGAZINE OF FANTASY AND SCIENCE FICTION in the 1950s.
