Cheese curds

I am from Wisconsin and have them regular, raw, all the time.  I have a
friend from Chicago who had never tried them, the name scared her.  When I
was in the Netherlands, I figured there were big enough on cheese to have
them, but they didn't.  Big disappointment.  You can tell how good they are
by how much they squeak.
