Nope--when I submitted myself to higher education (1958-1962) I was "in
college" but "at the University of Iowa"; when my parents spoke about this,
though, they said I was "away at college." After that, I was "in graduate
school" (same place, 1962-67). Now I teach "in a university" but I teach "at
Duke University."
