looking for information

Hi!!
I am a Spanish student, and I have to write a paper about the dialects in
the US. I have to write about the steroetypes related to the way people
speak, the differeces between them, how many are there, etc. but especially
focusing on the human aspect (the way yuo regard people if they spek one
dialect or another). It is very important for me, so I would be very
grateful to anyone who can help me and tell me where I can get the best
infomation about the item.
