Unfortunately, it looks as if Ron attached the Blanche Poubelle PICT to his
ADS-L posting of
     Wed, 19 Apr 2000 16:23:51 EDT.

The digest headed
      18 Apr 2000 to 19 Apr 2000 (#2000-111)
is a humongous 552k long, most of which consists of a monstrous mess of
gibberish attached to Ron's message and headed
     Content-Type: application/octet-stream; name="Poubelle"sucks".pict"
     Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
     Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="Poubelle"sucks".pict"

Is it possible to have the digest 'bot refuse messages beyond a certain size
(20k? 50k?) with a note to the sender?
