Just to add to Natalie's comment from the perspective of Texas, the
original examples that Michael Montgomery provided sounded fairly natural
to me, with most of them for me carrying the gloss "from now on".
        So-called "positive anymore", which often glosses "nowadays",
first came to my awareness in the usage of a migrant from Iowa, and it
still sounds sufficiently strange to me that my ears perk up when I hear
it.
