If I type "special" followed by a return, MS Office automatically turns it
into "Special Delivery." I have to watch carefully, because there are all
kinds of surprises like that. Hitting <control z> immediately after the
auto-format will undo it (on a Mac, at least). That's the easy way to fix
the capital-small i problem.
