Brief Web search -- including Catalan dictionaries and even Catalan
obscenities lists -- shows no such word for the organ in question. It could
still be an obscure or regional expression, but a casual search for Spanish
examples was unproductive.

There was a thread on "gato"/"gata" on this list in 1999, but it didn't
include any overt reference to a sex organ, AFAIK.
