I'm sorry, but what this conjures up for me is a scene in an imaginary
sci-fi film:

(Stiffly moving creature with metallic-sounding voice approaches couple
seated at table and announces in a monotone:)

"Hello--I am Zorg--I--will--be--your--waitron--tonight--"
