  Actually, the best accompaniment to scrambled eggs is a slice of fresh tomato
with a little salt and pepper, and maybe some basil and garlic powder. I used to
use ketchup as a tomato substitute in the winter. Now that it has become widely
available, salsa is the choice when fresh tomatoes aren't available.
