The two-cents worth from the kid:

majorly = so totally

Compare:
1.) Dude, I was totally wiggin' out.
2.) Dude, I was majorly wiggin' out. (That is, way more wigged than 1).

The definitions given so far felt odd; "completely" (IMHO) is not nearly as acceptable as the simple "very".
I'm just enjoying my cyclical definition. I'm going to go home and watch "Say Anything" to check myself.
