I was watching a repeat of Saturday NIght Live this weekend from 1989 (the
episode with Mary Tyler Moore) and there was a Wayne's World segment
where Jan Hooks' character remarked that something was "majorly gimpy".

(The transcript of this episode that I found on this web was missing a
major chunk of the sketch where they riffed on the word 'gimp', attaching
dozens of suffixes to it.)
