ADS newsletter, at last

The newsletter is now available on the ADS web site, as well.

I'd like to apologize for the delays in posting, as everyone seems very
hungry for it. Allan and I have straightened out our miscommunication.

As a side note, within a few weeks I will finish school at Columbia, from
which I will run gladly towards projects such as redoing the ADS web site.
If you have any ideas, they will be welcomed.
