Verbless slogans - A new trend?

Since it's an ordinary Enbglish sentence (in some varieties) it's not
a new trend structurally, but it might be a new trend in sports team
mottoes.

By the way, if it's for the whole year, "We be ready" might be a
little bit better, although the "right now" interpretation (as
applies to each game) is OK.
