GOLDVARB 2001 is a new multivariate analysis application for Windows.
It is based on GoldVarb 2.0 (Rand & Sankoff 1990), but as well as
appearing in Windows format, the application has several new features.
This program was developed at the University of York by John Robinson,
Helen Lawrence and Sali Tagliamonte, and funded by the Department of
Language and Linguistic Science at the University of York. It is a
freeware application and is available for downloading (along with a
users' manual) at
