Swiss Enchiladas

"Enchiladas Suiza" [sic], with chicken stuffing and a white sauce, are one
of the offerings of the Lean Cuisine line of Stouffers' frozen dinners.
(Why even enchilada is in the plural is something of a mystery, since
there's only one of them in each package.)
