popo?

The first time I heard "popo" was from a 50-something woman originally from
Iowa. She uses it in place of "penis." So does her daughter - it sort of
caught on with the crowd - leaving a pocket of 20-some odd people from
Dallas to DC who will use it that way, and have been since the early 90s.

If I remember correctly, in 1995's "Boys on the Side" with Whoopi Goldberg
there's a scene where Mary-Louis Parker uses "popo" in the same manner.
