Pg. 155:  ...two little fresh cheeses, called _Recotti_...

(OED & M-W have 1877 for "ricotta."  However, OED has 1577 for "ricoct."  Note that OED has 1934 for "antipasto," but M-W chose OED's 1590 "antepast" on that one--ed.)
