I assume there's at least a hacek over the first c. I don't remember
whether a hacek is needed in Croatian to indicate a palatal affricate
before an i--which is why I evaded the issue by transcribing it instead.
For that matter, I don't know for sure whether the prepalatal indicated by
the acute accent occurs anywhere except finally following an i. I've never
SEEN it in any other environment, but that's no proof. If it occurs before
an i, then my transcription may not have been accurate.
